WE DO NOT ACCEPT OUTSIDE APPAREL FOR HEAT PRESSING

Terms of Service

All orders will not begin prior to full approval of design and obvious details are provided (sizes, brands, etc.) in which then and only then does your production turn over time start. Our current production turn-over is two weeks (unless otherwise stated) excluding Weekends and National *Holidays. We are not responsible for delayed orders or orders that exceed our current production turn-over time if items are out of stock. *Allow extra times during Holidays; get your orders in sooner.

 

PRINT/ARTWORK APPROVAL NOTICE: Please review final artwork carefully. Your approval will indicate acceptance of materials including responsibility for errors, omissions and legal and ethical compliance. If we are printing this project and if a rerun is necessary due to overlooked error(s), customer assumes responsibility and charges.

 

Cancellation/Refund/Return Policy

Size Charts are available upon request for most all products. We are not responsible should you order the wrong size.

Products may vary slightly from the photographs on social media or in emails. We do not guarantee color for any product,

but are willing to work with you to provide the best example of color that we can.

Custom orders are non-refundable

 Set up fees & shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping for exchanges/refunds are to be paid by the customer unless otherwise noted by Create Designs.

Provided Apparel

Provided apparel for embroidery and heat pressing is not accepted in most cases due to material testing and brand knowledge.  

 

Fees & Billing

Create Designs strives to ensure accuracy and authenticity in all art prepared for use in any print medium. Art creation is a manual process and is the reason I am here, it is my passion —just like baseball, but baseball seating isn't free and neither are my tools, time and experience.  Graphic Design time is charged $50/hours and will start upon your written request and acknowledgement of disclaimer.  For Student events; Graphic Design fee is waved.  Embroidery is charged $1/1,000 stitches, and digital artwork files range from $25-$75 depending upon size.  

 

After your artwork has been approved, your media order (paper, apparel, signage, etc.) will be placed upon payment of 50% down for orders exceeding $500.00.  From time of approval and purchase I will do my best to track and inform you of shipping status and delays.  Please remember this part of the process is out of my control, but I will do my best to get your product to you as quickly as possible.  Most items take 2 weeks or more from time of purchase​,​ to deliver​ and process​, so please consider this timeframe when ordering.  Create Designs welcomes your questions or comments regarding this disclaimer.

Logos/Images

We strive to make sure we are aware of any copyright or intellectual property rights that may interfere with any image or logo you provide or we provide for you. You are responsible for making sure any images, artwork, photos, 2D or 3D media including shirts, pictures of examples and any quotes or terms are of your sole ownership and no-one else, but may be used as inspiration. Create Designs reserves the right to deny service to any customer or company that we feel is providing us with false information pertaining to any copyright or intellectual property that was  provided to us under false pretenses, at the time of ordering and/or during which any services are provided and any time thereafter. Property/Logos that were provided to us are not shared, without your prior written permission. Create Designs is not responsible for any losses or damages that may occur should you provide us with copyrighted material that is not of your ownership. Logo/designs created by Create Designs are non-transferrable.  Full rights must be purchased at a fee of $500 or as agreed upon per individual contract.

Pickup Policy:  You will be contacted once your order is fulfilled.  Please schedule an appointment time to do so.

*TWO WEEK PICKUP; or late fee will be charged.

Payment:  FULL Payment is due at time of pickup; cash or check.  If your invoice does not have a credit card payment area, you may request online payment, a 4% credit card fee will be applied.

*Response time - Orders received after 5:00 pm EST will be processed the next business day.  "Business Days" do not include weekends or holidays.  Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

RUSH:  Rush requests are honored - fees will apply.
